To register for tryouts you need to do the following:
1. Print the ‘Tryout Registration’ form from this web page.
2. Go to the CEVA website (www.columbiaempirevolleyball.com) and complete the ‘Membership Registration’ section. Then mail the “Membership Confirmation”, “Waiver & Release of Liability” forms to No Dinx with your tryout registration form.
3. Fill out our ‘Tryout Registration’ form and mail to or drop it off at No Dinx.
To sign up to play once teams have been selected:
1. Print the ‘Contract’ from this web page.
2. Fill out completely, read the fine print, sign the bottom.
3. Mail or drop off check(s) and contract to No Dinx by November 12th (12u / 14u) & Nov 26th (16u & 18u).
